About

Kuña: A warrior woman who takes time to learn, re-invent herself, and seek other paths when life strikes her down. A Kuña pursues true happiness. The term, "Kuña," comes from the Guarani dialect, from the Tupi-Guarani Tribe in South America. The lotus flower signifies the blossoming or unfolding that occurs in all of us, as human beings. We all go through trials in life in order to bloom in our own exotic, one-of-a-kind way. We learn that no matter what happens in the "muck" of our lives we will always rise. Now it is my time to rise.

Kuña is a place of joy, amazing meals, friendship and a way for us to connect with our local community and everyone around us. I had a dream since I was a little girl, my dream is that one day I will feed the world one spectacular dish at a time. This journey started when I was about 10 years old and I discovered my passion for the wonderful smells and taste of food.

The spices and simply delicious meals are my first step on this journey, I began with these spice blends and home cook meals that were created during my own childhood and my children's. We cooked, we laughed, we smelled the aromas of all the different spices as we watched our Grammas' happiness poured into our meals. That is how we came up with unique blends that make each meal a little more special.

I put together my traditions, my love for herbs, spices, and my community. Now with the support of my beautiful family, I pride myself on bringing the best of all my mixes and ideas to your table and your home. I strive for excellence in each experience you have.
